Great American's Executive Liability Division (ELD) writes Employment Practices coverage for a broad range of industry classes. The few classes we do restrict are as follows: Employment Placement Agencies, Government/Public Entities, Gun/Firearms Related, Investment Banking Entities, Law Firms, Cable Installers, Employee Temp Agencies, Correction/Detention Facilities, Mortgage REIT's, Securities Brokers/Dealers, and Tobacco.
In addition, while the ELD will write Employment Practices coverage for the following industry classes, 3rd Party coverage is restricted: Private School/Educational Facilities, Realtors, and Residential Real Estate Related Entities. Some products may not be available in all states. Carrier must approve all submissions as a CYA.
