SUBMIT CLAIM ONLINE IN THE GROVE​

1. Log on to The Grove Agent Portal

2. Click on the "Policies" tab at the top of the page.

3. Locate the policy.

4. Click the arrow on the left side of the policy to expand.

5. Click on the "Claims" tab in the policy box.

​In this tab, you can:

• View all claims made on this policy before

• Submit a new claim

6. Click on the purple "Submit Claim" Button

7. Fill out the form

8. Click the purple "Submit Claim" button at the bottom of the page​​​​
