Big I of Oklahoma
Big I Oklahoma is the leading trade association for independent insurance agencies in Oklahoma. Originally established in 1906, the organization represents nearly 450 agencies and more than 3,000 insurance professionals statewide. With a wide range of members—from solo agents to some of the region’s largest firms—BIGiOK plays a key role in shaping the state’s insurance landscape.
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, BIGiOK supports its members through advocacy, education, and industry resources. It offers a strong voice in legislative and regulatory matters and keeps agencies informed through regular publications and updates. The organization is also affiliated with the national Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, extending its influence and support beyond state lines.

Big I of Nebraska (IIAN)
Representing more than 500 independent insurance agencies across the state, the Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska (IIAN) has supported the state's insurance professionals since 1907. From small, family-run offices to multi-location firms, IIAN serves as a key resource and advocate for Nebraska's independent agents. The organization provides essential tools for growth, including education, legislative representation, industry partnerships, and marketing support—empowering agents to better serve their clients and communities with trusted, personalized advice.

Kansas Assosciation of Insurance Agents (KAIA)
KAIA was formed in 1920 and represents over 550 independent agencies and branches with nearly 2,500 employees statewide. Its members are small businesses that offer customers a choice of policies from a variety of insurance companies. Independent agents offer all lines of insurance – property, casualty, life, health, employee benefit plans, and retirement products.

Missouri Assosciation of Insurance Agents
The Missouri Association of Insurance Agents is the oldest and largest association of insurance agents in the State of Missouri. The association was established in 1899 in St. Louis. Approximately 560 independent agencies, operated by 4,000 agents, brokers and their employees, are members of MAIA. "Independent" insurance agents and brokers offer their clients the products of more than one insurance company.
National Alliance of General Agents (NAGA)
NAGA is a Non Profit alliance of professional managing general agents/wholesale brokers, working together to assist one another to further our professional goals. Founded in 1995 by a group of wholesalers who saw the need for the free exchange of ideas, finding ways to solve mutual problems, and building better communications with carriers and retailers. Membership in NAGA is intentionally kept small in numbers but the membership leaves a big footprint. Our members market in almost all fifty states and have a combined written premium in excess of a billion dollars annually. Chris-Leef is proud to have Christopher Peterson serving as President of NAGA.

Professional Insurance Agents (PIA)
Professional Insurance Agents is a voluntary, membership-based trade association representing professional, independent property/casualty insurance agents. The challenges facing today’s insurance professionals are many, and too frequently, allies are few and far between. PIA is dedicated to building the future for insurance professionals everywhere. We are unrivaled in our ability to meet members’ needs, providing a focused legislative voice, information, education, networking opportunities, and tools to help members prosper and grow.
